Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Bolitas app by Pewén Labs SpA (Santiago, Chile). By using the app, you accept them.

1. The game

Bolitas is a game of skill: match outcomes depend on players' aim and decisions. Online matches are validated on our servers.

2. Marbles (virtual currency)

Marbles are an in-game virtual currency with no real monetary value.
They cannot be redeemed for money, goods or services outside the game, nor freely transferred between accounts — they are only won or lost by playing matches.
You get them for free (starting stock, daily refill, winning matches) or by purchasing optional packs in the app.
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google depending on the store and are consumable and final; refunds follow App Store or Google Play policies.
Betting marbles in a match is part of the game mechanics between participating accounts and does not constitute real-money gambling.

3. Fair play

Using multiple accounts to funnel marbles, automating play, exploiting bugs or manipulating matches is prohibited. We may void balances obtained by cheating and suspend or close abusive accounts.

4. Conduct and chat

Zero tolerance for offensive content and behavior. In match chat and your display name, harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content, impersonation and any offensive or illegal material are prohibited.

You can report or block any player from within a match. Blocking prevents you from being matched again.
We automatically filter offensive language in messages and names, and we review reports.
We may suspend or close, without notice, any account that breaks these rules.

5. Your account

Your account is created anonymously on your device. If you don't back it up with Apple, uninstalling the app or losing your phone may mean losing your progress — that backup is your responsibility. You can request account deletion as described in our privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its code, art, music and brand belong to Pewén Labs SpA. Your license is personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable, to play on your devices.

7. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We may update rules, the game economy, or discontinue features to keep the game healthy and balanced. We aim to announce relevant changes in the app.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pewén Labs is not liable for loss of progress or virtual balance due to technical failures, misuse or device loss. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

9. Minimum age

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bolitas.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile.
